GLORY GLORY MAN UNITED!

Woke up early, me and the guys had to go visit this older man for a paper we are writing for school. It was pretty inspiring. The object of the meeting was to complete some tests with this man, and oh boy did he pass them with ease. Swear, he is in better shape than me. And he was 87-years-old. Thats respect! He had full score on every test. You a boss mayn. Hopefully I can be fit when I get to that point. Please. Heh.

After the meet up I went home and did one of those power naps again. Very nice. Slept for like three hours, before working on the paper. Got some of it done, until Jaz came by and messed up my concentration. Hehe. Kuya Harry stopped by as well. We all just chilled and ate before the big game. Pinoy food for the win.

Pork apritada. Where my flips at!? Hah!

8ish we met up with Even and Wai by the tram on our way to O'Reillys pub where we were going to watch the game. It was packed. All you saw where Devil shirts and Gunners shirts. Nice. The mood was so right. (No homo, hah) And the best thing was that United took it home. The second-leg will be more exciting though, when we go to the Emirates Stadium, but I have faith in my Reds. Oh yes! See you guys over there next week.

Let your haters be your motivators

Oh snap. Actually got a whole lot of sleep last night. Thanks to you! Anyways, I slept till 8 though... big mistake. I had to run to the bus stop. And I actually made it to class at 8.30. Oh yes. I ran like the wind, I was even out of the apartment at 8.15. Very very nice. Don't want it to happen again though. Phew...

School was alright as well. A lot of lectures. But we did learn. So it was cool. After school I went straight to the gym and worked out. And it was a good one. Tired as heck. So I went home, chilled, showered, read, slept a bit, got my arse to the store, bought some stuff for my dinner, made dinner, ate it, and then just chilled the rest of the day.

Alright day I guess. No more classes though until next week. Good life? Hmmm..

And a glass of OJ.

Hey ya, you make me say...

Monday. Back at school. Hmmm. Cool guy had the lecture today. 70 plus years-old, but fit as heck. Inspiring guy. He said that your not old until; you look back on yesterday and not looking forward to tomorrow. Does that mean I'm old? Hmmmm... made me think. But then again I think he meant it in a different way, than how I analyzed it. Yeah, yeah. Screw it.

After school I stopped by work to drop off some stuff. Chopped it up as usual. ShoeBoy was there, good seeing you again sir! And Mr. Decoy came by to show-off some goods he wanted to unload. And I left with a new jacket. Hurray. Hehe.

I want one of these!

Them boys.

Them goods.

Then me and my tired self went home. A little power nap and then the parents stopped by. They stopped by to say what's up, show me the new spectacles, check if they fitted so they could send them back and get the lenses in right, dropped off some leftovers from the party on Saturday, and complained about my laziness. I'm sorry. I'm just tired. Heh. Thanks for everything though.

Can't wait to get to use them. Thanks Mimi for the hookup!

While they were here, I was doing the dishes. Then mom got all upset over the way I did the dishes so she took over. What the heck!? Hah. Dah well.

The rest of the day I've just been reading and staring at the wall and a little bit at the ceiling. I also had a funny conference call on Skype with like 5 other people. We even had a little quiz hosted by me. Haha. Funny. Yeah, yeah.

Awesome dinner.

I'll leave you with another cool saying from the lecture guy today; "We are all born copies, and die as originals." Hmm...

"Got something...you need to know.."

Yesterday. Woke up early, and did some reading actually. Then Wai called and said we were supposed to go workout, but I hadn't eaten breakfast yet, so we decided that he would come over and we would make breakfast. Swear, he bought so much bacon. It was good, although it was a mistake to put all of the bacon in the pan at the same time. We got full though. After the meal we went and worked out. Gunnnnnzzzz! SIKE!

I like that the grass is getting greener by the day.

In the evening I went to church with Mimi. We also met up with the others. After church I wanted to eat, but everybody bailed except for Mimi and Jaz. Walked around town to find out where to eat. I wanted pasta, but couldn't find any place, so ended up at T.G.I.F's. Nice though. I had the pasta with salmon. That dish is so good. Yum!

Saw this while I was lurkin' on the web. Cool.

Half a thousand

Post number 500. Figured I would let out some skeletons for this one.

1. As a kid I was afraid of grass. I was always running around, and my mom wouldn't have it. So all she did was take of my sneakers and put me on the grass, and I would be so scared that I would stand still until I got my shoes back on. I guess thats one of the reasons my sneakers are so dear to me.

2. I don't like the taste of eggs. That's why I mix it in with cheese to take away the taste of it. Hmmm..

3. When I was old enough to get the holy bread at church during Mass, I was so stoked that I started to pretend I ate the bread, but the truth was I was saving them. At one point I swear I had over a handful of them. It was enough to bring as lunch.

4. I once ate 5 whole kebas in one day, and still managed to eat "normal" food the same day as well. Sick I know...

5. When I was born, the doctor thought I was blind. My eye-lids wouldn't open up, but in all reality it was wide open, they were just really chinky.

6. During wintertime elementary school I got a basketball beanie from my uncle in the US or something. I was forced to wear it. So I would walk really early just to avoid the other kids, and I would cry all the way up to school, and when there were cars driving past I would take the beanie off. Hah!

7. My first soccer practice I wore some O.G playoff Air Jordan XIII's.

8. I am a suck arse svimmer. When I was in 10th grade in Norway during swimming class I had to have the teacher put a metal "leech" around me and have him walk beside me. If I would sink he would just pull me up. I almost died during "first aid" swimming class. One task was to swim with a sweater on and then take it off where the water was really deep. I managed to wrap the arm of the sweater around my neck while I had the sweater still over my head. Swear, I thought it was my time to go.

9. I once ate a blob of cooked fat, that weighed at least a 1 kg or more. It was so nasty, but I didn't dare throw it away, because I was visiting my aunt, and she made it. Gotta respect her cooking, I just happened to pick out the wrong piece of "meat". A couple of years I did the same thing again, but that was for a pair of shoes. Nasty, but worth it.

10. Hmmmm.. can't think of one. I know I have more... I'll come back with more later. Let's say this is a part 1.

Wow. Weirdo. Real talk. Scary.

Ate Emz was having a little fun with Mimi's Russe/Senior outfit. Nice.

The rest of the night I went with Wai to new club called The Source, for Arif and his group "Bankrupt" mixtape jump-off. It was cool. They keep doing their thing. I didn't bring a camera (woooowwwwww), but I'll manage to steal some pictures later on. Met up with Steinar over there as well. Thanks for the ride home mayn! And whats up Blanca! She was a lucky girl last night, got to be at the Raphael Saadiq concert. Nice. And oh yeah. Big ups to Ate Emz as well, who even got a signed vinyl and a picture with the man!

Chill Saturday. I'm tired, but I was chill...
