Sunday was awesome. The guys at work, Sole Service, had planned it for a good while. We were going to celebrate Christmas together. Hah! Or at least eat a great dinner with ribbs and all that good stuff. We took the marinating recipe from Norway's Boss Chef Hellstrøm, and oh boy did he deliver! It took almost three hours to do all the preparations, but it was all so worth it. Instant the itis right after the feast. Good times guys. I'm already ready for the next time. Italian you say!? Hehehehe.
