Wednesday was a landmark for me and some of my peers. Thats when we finally got a booth at Nighthawk diner to check what all the fuss was about. Hah! We got there around 8ish and it was fairly packed, I was surprised that they had a table for us. We had already tried a couple of times before and got rejected. Anyways, it was me, Cj, Silver, NuNu, and Rifla. I was excited, I'v been missing all the diners and restaurants back in Vegas. You already know I wanted a milkshake!! I was going to order it, but then they told me it wasn't possible because they end the milkshake making after 8? I was like.. what the..? What kinda sick joke is this? Its a diner.. you have to make shakes.... haha.. The waitress apologized, but I was really disappointed.. hehe.. So I had to get some food. Everybody got their burger fix on while me and JAz had to try their new Reuben Sandwich. It was pretty good! It just took forever to get the food to our table, I guess its because the place was packed and they must be short on people. Yeah, yeah.. they had A1 sauce.. so I'm not going to get mad. The food was really good, I just wish it was American portions, aka a little bit more.. hahaha.. but nah... it was good! I like. The guys liked it as well. It was all and all a good first impression. The interior and just presentation of the diner is superb, really makes me miss the ones in the States. The food was good, maybe a bit pricey, but thats how it is everywhere anyways. I would come back, especially if they stop with that 8 o'clock milkshake curfew.. hah!! BAWS.
After dinner we just stayed at my place.. sipping on Mickey D's shakes and crying over Uniteds undeserved exit of the Champions League.
