The Filipino invitational tournament arranged by the Batangas Association started this weekend. Opening day was Saturday, and boy was it an amped affair. 10 teams were ready to rumble the next weekends. Shooting Stars were said to be a contender, but were not letting it get to us, one game at a time and see what happens. But you already know that we will bring it every time. Our first game was against Dos Romantikos. We had a little shaky start, I guess it was some opening day nerves running through our bodies. However, we battled it out, and finished the game really strong. Pulled through with a comfortable victory. Everybody pitched in, and it was said that the game was a crowd pleaser. Nice! Its fun to finally et to run the floor with the team. We've all been waiting for this. Run'n'gun all day! Good stuff guys. We had some setbacks after the game, but I'm sure it will be alright. Swear I'm so happy that they started up the league again. Its truly a wonderful way to unite the Filipino community and friends! Hope the league will be an annual thing. Yup yup.. day 1..
