The Vegas roadtrip is up and running!

702 back at it! Today was the day of me and Mimi's comeback in Sin City. Hurray! The cool part about it is that the cousins made it into the annual cousin trip as well. So were a lot who are going! And we are driving too.. roadtrip ftw. Had to wake up fairly early today because I was to lazy to pack the night before. It went by fast though, I'm a quick packer. Easy breezy. So easy that I was able to watch World Cup soccer first.. hurray for that too! Hehe.. Around 1.30 pm we were on the road. The van was hella packed with stuff, but we managed very well. The only stop was in Barstow, so we could fill up our tanks with some food. I got myself a delicious Philly cheesesteak from Subway. Very nice. Not to heavy, but very tasty.

As soon as we got Vegas we headed straight to Town Square to do some shopping. Its an outside mall, and it was so hot! Swear, I was burning up, but swear I love it though! I wanna get grilled.. haha. I had missed this place a lot, they really made it look like a little town. I didn't shop anything though, except for a 6 dollar tee shirt. My cousins think I'm sick or something, since I'm not shopping.. heh. I guess I've grown out of it. SIKE! I'll get there, the spending will start soon.. hah! What I did get though was yogurtland of course. Yummy as usual. We stayed there until it closed at 9 pm, and then it was off to get some food.

We all decided to go to the wonderful and juicy Raising Canes, home of the best chicken fingers. Sooooo good! The cane sauce and the honey mustard with the chicken fingers are so good. And everybody keeps saying the sweet tea is bomb as well. I just ate a whole lot of fingers and fries. I was good with that. I wanna go again though.


Family that eats together become heffers together. Looks like Irma is regretting not getting any.. or is she thinking about the shoes? Heheh.

After the dinner we went to our cousins condo by the strip. Swear we are so lucky. We're going to get to stay at my cousins condo that has its own movie room, lounge, gym, pool area, and the condo is very big too! We are like 10+ people and we have loads of place. Pictures from the place will come later though. I was to tired to take pics. Can't wait for a great breakfast tomorrow, then workout at the gym, and reward myself poolside! Good to be back Vegas!
