Saturday was our last shopping day, so what better place to do it then in Melrose/Fairfax!? We shouldn't of really gone shopping, because we have been doin' way to much of it. Hah. I guess it all comes along with these types of vacations ..heh. We hit up the usual stores, but one of the stores that really fascinated me was Opening Ceremony. I had heard a lot about this store, and how nice it is, but dannnng. didn't know it was that nice. It was truly all that and a bag of chips. So inspiring place. They made an old house/apartment complex into a store.. at least thats what I think they did. Wasn't allowed to take pics inside but it was tite. They had so much nice stuff too, however I didn't buy anything of what I really was after. Gotta draw the line somewhere.. hah. A.P.C was a really cool little shack too, 50 % on everything... oueff. Not good. Resisted temptations here as well. I had to relieve my temptations somehow so we decided to go to The Counter, home of the custom made hamburgers, more on that later. All you gotta know for now is that its amazing! BAWS. Ended the shopping trip at Fairfax as usual. The Hundreds what's good!? These people are too nice. Also got to see the great artwork outside the store all finished. Very nice. And as one of the older post shows, I got to see Dom Kennedy. Truly an honor. Yup yup.. good times. The rest of the day we actually started packin'... right now I'm at the airport.. kinda hard writing about this stuff.. miss it already.. heh.. but for reals I do. Enjoy the pics:
