The Elverum Dinner Club - round 2 +++

Yes, it was round two of "Elverum Dinner Club", and oh boy it was a good one. We hadn't had a meeting for two weeks due to peoples obligations, but on Thursday it was on. The dinner this time was held by Hilde, at her new apartment. Very nice apartment miss. The best part is the surveillance cam at the front door. Hah! Anyways.. it was your usual suspects who were there; Hilde, Marit, Lars, and me. However, we have also added a new member, a fellow hospital worker aka Ida! Welcome to the club miss.

For dinner this round, we had stuffed pancakes filled with bacon, apple bits, and onions. With the pancakes we also had potatoes. Yuuuuummm! The apples and bacon were a very nice touch... good combo! We even had dessert. Yup yup.. good times. Great success once again. Lars your next! Stay tuned.
