Made some great "burritos" the other day. Had some leftover Filipino-style beefsteak so I figured I would put it to use. It quickly became a feast with the addition of cherry tomatoes, rucola, rice, and scrambled eggs, all topped with curry ketchup. BAWS. Made in minutes, and ate it all up in seconds.. hah. Very very nice. I like, I know you would too. Easy.
