A video I put together of my first and last encounter with the Filipino delish "Balut".
Wikipedia says: "A balut is a fertilized duck (or chicken) egg with a nearly-developed embryo inside that is boiled and eaten in the shell."
I say: "NASTY!"
I respect the people who like it, but I respect the people who don't eat it even more... haha. At least I can say I ate it. It was a "fun" experience.
