akam1k3: The Elverum Dinner Club

We had our dinner club yesterday and it was a rather special affair. This time around it was held by Lars, and he was going to serve us a dish that he ate a lot while growing up. Very excited when I heard about it, but also kinda scared. Hah. The special dish was nothing else than BLOODsausage? I don't know what its called in English, so I'll just call it that. In Norwegian its called "blodklubb". Its basically blood cut up in slices and kinda fried, and its served with sugar and milk. Hahaha. I liked it! It kinda tasted like pancakes actually, but looked like beef. I would try it again, but I wouldn't scream for it.. heh. Thanks Lars for the experience! And thanks for the hot dogs served later... good times. Elverum dinner club ftw!
