akam1k3: Up, up and away! To Paris we went!

On Wednesday last week, we flew up in the sky and landed in Paris. It was hot, and AWESOME. 30C degrees. Ah yeah! To bad we had to carry all of Mimi's luggage around Paris because we still didn't have the key to the apartment. Dah well. Can't complain though, we were in Paris. After checking out some places we chilled at Starbucks, and after that we headed to Mimi's new apartment.

Wow the district she lives in is so nice. Perfect. We found out that its just walking distance to all the nice places, like Bastille, Les Marais +++. And if it was a bit to far it was just 100m to the nearest metro that took you everywhere. I really liked her "hood". Hah. She has all the food places you can think of, and plenty of nice streetwear shops. Very nice.

The apartment was pretty dope too. Perfect size for Mimi, and the owner had renovated the whole place before she moved in. He even bought new furniture. Very nice.

Yup yup... we were both excited when we finally got a bit settled. We strolled around the district and checked stuff out. After walking a bit I found out that I had been here last time I was in Paris.. hehe. Funny. Anyways, we did some groceries and before we went back to the pad we ate a nice welcome to Paris dinner at Hippopotamus. The trip started perfect!
