Was feenin' for a really tasty brunch sandwich and I remembered that I had bought some brie the other day. I mixed it up with curry aioli, cheese baguettes, and some meat "strips", and then brunch was served. Rather quickly made, and rather rather rather DELICIOUS! Inspired by the burger with brie at Illegal Burger.. hah.
