The Norwegian Turban Day part 1

Finally I get to show some pictures from The Norwegian Turban Day. The homie Sumeet aka LoveSikh one of the main people behind this project invited me down to check it out. I missed it last year, and I remember I was so upset that I didn't get a Turban. However, this day is more than just getting a turban. Its a day where you can learn about the "Sikhism", its meaning and culture. Its a great way to unite people and get people interested in learning and getting to know each other. They had a spot where you could learn to make your own turban, books and pamphlets about the "Sikhism", and loads of Indian food. Good times indeed. It was packed at Akerbrygge in the lovely weather. Loads of familiar faces were able to join and celebrate. Great job to everyone who made this happen! Where were you? Here are some picture, remember to click "READ MORE" to see the rest of part 1. Part 2 coming soon as well.
