Back in the E... great beginnings

Yes. Monday. Back in the E. So cold. What am I supposed to do? Well, on Monday I went to work as usual. It was alright, a good start on a week. Not to much to do. When I got home I rested before heading "downtown" for hiphop practice. Hah. It still makes me laugh when I say that I joined it. Hahaha.. but I'm having loads of fun, which is important to me. Yup yup. We're actually almost done with the dance number so maybe I'll upload a video? SIKE! Hahaha. Or maybe? Hmmmm.. heh.

At the apartment it was dinner time. This wasn't even decent, this stuff was the bomb! Just look at the pictures.. B A DUB S! BAWS!


Cooked ham, ready to fry.


Fried it in cajun spices, lemonpepper and a bit of pesto.


Mix it with calamansi and creme fraiche battered penne pasta.



Add some rucola.. and you have a winner! Tell me it doesn't look great?
