akam1k3 @ Grundsetmart'n

Here are some pictures from the historical tradition over in Elverum called Grundsetmart'n. Its existed for over 400 years, and its been a meeting point for people around the whole Hedmark/Oppland area to do trades and such. I don't know to much about the event, but I know it was awesome to be a part of it. We were a part of the opening show, and it was actually shown on TV. Score! Big ups to all the dancers! We did great! It was really nice to check out downtown as well. Everyone was so happy and all excited. So nice with the marked and everything.

Tadaaaaaa!

After the show I ended up checking out the different stands selling both traditional stuff and modern stuff. Food, clothing, all kinds of stuff. Really awesome. Swear I wanted to try that moose burger, but it was so cold. Next time. They also had a Fun Fair going on with rides and games. Very nice indeed. First time to check out something like this during the winter. Pretty cool!
