Monday's like these... ah chea..

Not only productive when it comes to "work", but also in the kitchen. Now thats a good start on a week. Had a slow breakfast followed up by a very nice brunch; chicken fajitas.. hah. Awesomeness. Juicy flavored chicken. Yum.

Then later we finished the day off with a mind blowing late dinner. Oven baked potato wedges with hot sauce marinara, parma ham, and cheese. Oh soooooooooooooooooooooo gooood!
